Composite Hose Certification

Jerryborg Marine STS composite flexible hoses have been tested and approved according EN 13766, IMO IGC Code and third party inspection by several classification societies, such as CCS, DNV, ABS, BV, NK, etc.

QA Program

The qualification program essentially covers, strength and stiffness of the Jerryborg Marine STS hoses, fatigue due to bending and thermal cycles.

End Connections

Jerryborg Marine STS composite hoses are equipped with end fittings like flanges, bolts, flange covers to customer requests. All types of ERC, QCDC and other special requirements can be connected directly to the hose fitting. The composite hose fittings have been forged to a special mounting procedure and have been fully tested on their resistance against low temperature and high external loads.
